An order is confirmed only after payment has been validated.

Fabsorb reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in CHF or EUR depending on the selected currency.

Shipping fees are specified during checkout.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers.

Delivery times are given as estimates and may vary depending on the country.

Fabsorb is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs services.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

For hygiene reasons, only products that are unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging may be returned.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union.

In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
