FAQ
What is period underwear and how does it work?
Period underwear absorbs menstrual flow thanks to multiple leak-proof and breathable fabric layers. You can wear it alone or as backup to other menstrual products, depending on your flow.
How do I choose the right absorbency?
Light flow: daily use, spotting or backup
Medium flow: worn alone for several hours
Heavy flow: use as a primary option or combine with a cup on your heaviest days
How do I wash period underwear?
Rinse in cold water: Machine wash at 30°C with mild detergent and air dry.
Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or a dryer to preserve absorbency.
How long does period underwear last?
With proper care, our pieces can last 2–3 years.
What is a menstrual cup and how does it work?
A menstrual cup is a reusable silicone cup inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual flow. It is leak-proof, eco-friendly, and can be worn up to 8 hours.
How do I choose my cup size?
Size depends on factors such as flow, cervix height, muscle tone, or whether you've given birth. We recommend a smaller size for teenagers or adults that don't have a heavy flow. For those who have a heavy flow or have already given birth we recommend a medium or large size.
How do I clean a menstrual cup?
Rinse with water. Wash with mild soap. Then sterilize by boiling 5 minutes before each cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination.
